Friendship poem

Apart of my homework this week was to write a paragraph. we had 3 choices, I choose this one, How would you feel if a friend moved away??? Write a poem about how you and your friend felt. Also include deatails about how you and your friend stayed in contact. Try to make your poem rhym!  This is my poem

 I got the most horrible news today,

my best friend was moving AWAY!!!!

The first thing that came out of my mouth was why???,

cause her news made me feel like I was going to cry!!

I was sad because we've been friends for 3 years,

her news made me turn into tears!!

Oh, the news made me so sad,

my face turned dark red so I was very mad!!

I hugged her and squeezed her and looked into her eyes,

now I knew this would be our lastr goodbye.

I love my best friend so very much,
but I knew there where ways we could keep in touch.

I promised her I would call her on face time, 

and as usaul I would see her face shine.

I knew my best friend would going far away,

but in my heart she would always stay.
